North Shore Heights stands for slow, intentional consumption and made-to-order pieces.
Each item is produced especially for you to avoid overproduction and unnecessary returns.
Production & Shipping
Each collection is available to order for a limited time window of 10 days.
Once the collection closes, production begins.
Every piece is made to order and locally finished at the coast.
You will receive your shipping confirmation including tracking information as soon as your order has been produced and dispatched.
Shipping may take up to 14 days after the order window closes.
Shipping costs
As I currently manage production and shipping myself and am still in the early stages of building this brand, I am only able to offer shipping within Germany at this time.
Shipping costs are 5 € per order.
All orders are shipped with DHL.

Produktion & Versand
Jede Kollektion ist für ein Bestellfenster von 10 Tagen verfügbar.
Nach Ablauf dieses Zeitraums beginnt die Produktion.
Alle Produkte werden speziell für dich angefertigt und lokal an der Küste finalisiert.
Sobald deine Bestellung versendet wurde, erhältst du eine Versandbestätigung mit Trackinglink.
Der Versand kann bis zu 14 Tage nach Ende des Bestellfensters dauern.
Versandkosten
Da ich Herstellung und Versand derzeit selbst organisiere und mich noch im Aufbau befinde, kann ich aktuell nur einen Versand innerhalb Deutschlands anbieten.
Die Versandkosten betragen 5 € pro Bestellung.
Der Versand erfolgt mit DHL.

Rücksendung
Sollte ein Artikel nicht passen oder gefallen, kannst du innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt eine Retoure anfragen.
